WHO ARE WE?
Hello, my name is Maria Churkin, and I personally stand behind every project of MKin Atelier.
Jewelry has been part of my family for generations — I grew up around gemstones and gold at my father's workshop, and since 2018 I've been creating custom, one-of-a-kind pieces for my own clients.
Today we work with stone suppliers from around the world to source exactly the right gem for each project, and every piece is crafted at our family workshop in Slovakia, in the center of Europe — with easy, reliable logistics across the EU
FLEXIBILITY
We work as a jewelry atelier, and most of the pieces you see in our photos are meant to inspire rather than serve as a fixed template: the metal tone, the placement of the stones, even their characteristics can all be adjusted to suit you. And the budget flexes both ways here, depending on what matters most to you — a larger stone, flawless clarity, or simply everything at once.
FORMAT
There are three ways to get a piece from us. Some designs are ready and in stock, so you can choose and check out right away on the site. Others are existing designs we're happy to recreate for you with small tweaks. And if you're after something truly your own, we'll start from scratch together — from your vision and budget to the stone, the metal, and details no one else will have.
PAYMENTS & RETURNS
Ready-made jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, in line with EU regulations. Custom-made pieces are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect — but we're always happy to adjust the size or refine a piece for you if something doesn't feel quite right.
